Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is hiring a Service Technician to perform field service, repair showers, replace sashes and trim, and ensure quality workmanship. You will diagnose issues, provide customer support on-site, and complete precise service reports.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in remodeling industry or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to grasp complex concepts quickly.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and standards.
• Strong planning, negotiating and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine effective solutions.
• Repair showers and tubs and fix plumbing leaks.
• Wrap windows and install shower doors; replace sashes and trim as needed.
• Paint and stain; perform drywall taping, mudding, and patching.
• Perform siding/shingle work and general caulking/cleaning.
• Collect any outstanding balances and follow all field procedures.
• Produce timely, detailed service reports.
