Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. is seeking a Relief Counselor to support adults with brain injuries in our residential setting in Massachusetts.

You will assist with daily living, safety, community integration, and medical needs while promoting meaningful connections with families and the community. The position offers an hourly rate and requires a Massachusetts driver’s license; eligibility for benefits during operational hours is noted, with opportunities for growth and professional

• Ability to drive residence van.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with tasks of daily living to include personal care, meals and ambulation
• Ensure a safe living environment, providing interventions and assistance to maintain safety
• Support clients in integrating into their communities by utilizing community resources, encouraging memberships, and personal relationships
• Assist clients with medical and physical needs
• Help clients participate in activities, attend medical appointments, and maintain meaningful family and community connections

Eliot is seeking a Relief Counselor to work with adults with Brain Injuries. Our Brain Injury residential programs provide high-quality, innovative programming that help adults with brain injuries enhance their lives, develop skills, and engage in community activities while building supportive relationships.
