Residential Rehab Educators/Counselors assist clients experiencing behavioral health issues with goal setting, daily living skills, meaningful activities, socialization, transportation, medication administration, and treatment plan implementation. The role focuses on fostering independence and enhancing quality of life.
Education: HS diploma or equivalent; coursework in psychology, human services, social work, or health sciences toward an Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Annual salary range: $20 – $20 per hour. Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and certifications.
