Aspire Health Alliance in Norwell is seeking a Residential Rehab Educator/Counselor to assist adults with mental illness. In this role, you will enable clients to achieve independence and engage meaningfully in life. Responsibilities include supporting daily living activities and implementing treatment plans.
The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma or equivalent, coursework in psychology or human services preferred, along with experience in the health field. A valid driver’s license and certifications like CPR and First Aid are required.

Residential Rehab Educators/Counselors assist clients experiencing behavioral health issues with:
Education: HS diploma or equivalent; coursework in psychology, human services, social work, health sciences toward an associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are for a full-time 40‑hour per week position.
