Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; residential setting preferred.
• Experience in a residential setting preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver's License with clear MVR.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the overall security and operational control of the assigned facility.
• Keeps chronological written records of events that occur during the shift.
• Monitors client movements inside and outside the facility.
• Controls contraband in facility through observation, facility searches, and client searches.
• Ensures facility cleanliness by supervising client work and duties.
• Observes client behavior and reports irregularities to supervisor promptly.
• Assists in transporting clients and supervising daily activities as assigned.
• Performs other duties as directed.
