Job summary

Park Place Recovery Center in Scottsville, KY is hiring a Part Time Residential Associate to support clients in a therapeutic, residential setting. Shift: 2nd shift, 3p–11p, weekends required.

A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with preference for candidates who have experience in substance use recovery. Responsibilities include supervising clients, facilitating groups, transporting clients when needed, maintaining records, and documenting medications and vitals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year personal recovery experience (if applicable).
• Preference given to individuals with one year experience in substance use/co-occurring field and a working knowledge of the 12-Step recovery model.
• Must pass a Criminal Record Check and Sexual Offender Registry check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and active auto insurance that meets state minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client involvement in support groups and assess clients' progress as part of a treatment team.
• Maintain active supervision of clients, including safety monitoring and observations.
• Perform client record maintenance.
• Maintain adequate stock of supplies.
• Conduct psychoeducational classes using evidence-based materials.
• Explain and enforce program policies and procedures.
• Transport clients to outside groups, appointments, and events as assigned.
• Document client medication schedule and monitoring of vitals.
• Perform client drug screens and searches per program policies.
