This position requires performing regular safety rounds, maintaining client documentation, and intervening effectively in crises. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, experience in social services, and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in the social service or health field is preferred.
• Must have a valid New Jersey driver's license.
• Addictions and Mental Health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to clients.
• Conduct 30-minute safety and wellness rounds.
• Document client behavior in EHR.
