Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year related experience preferred or 2 years SUD experience required.
• Knowledge in addiction and its impact on individuals and families preferred.
• Healthcare setting experience, preferably addiction treatment or mental health, a plus.
• Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide substance use/behavioral health services in a residential setting to help clients achieve goals.
• Assist clients in connecting with recovery community supports and resources.
• Develop Relapse Recovery Plans and build skills to reduce or eliminate substance use.
