Job summary

J19 Investment Company is seeking a results-driven sales professional to build and own a pipeline for selling condos. You’ll prospect renters and past leads, door-knock communities, and coordinate with lenders and title companies to close every deal.

You’ll work evenings and weekends, using calls, texts, and emails to move buyers through tours, pricing, and financing. Realistic first-year earnings target $150k–$200k, with uncapped upside.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in business/marketing is a plus.
• Residential real estate or condo/home sales experience welcome.
• Thick skin, strong follow-through, and a genuine hustle.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends; this is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Build your own pipeline with calls, texts, and emails to prospects.
• Knock on doors and engage current residents about buying.
• Schedule tours, discuss unit options, pricing, and financing.
• Coordinate with lenders and title companies to close deals.
• Log every touchpoint in the CRM; maintain follow-up activity.
• Prospect evenings and weekends to generate leads.
