Job summary

IMM - Investors Management & Marketing, Springfield, MO, seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of the apartment community. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, and ensure resident satisfaction while maintaining budget adherence.

Responsibilities include inspections, safety compliance, vendor management, and move-out coordination. Strong computer skills and PM software experience are preferred to drive efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Property Management Software is preferred.
• Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall daily operation of the apartment community.
• Supervise the entire property staff.
• Oversee leasing operations, follow up with prospective residents, show units and close the sale.
• Maintain resident relations and promptly handle complaints and concerns.
• Care for supplies and equipment, manage inventory, and enforce safety policies.
• Collect all monies owed by residents and follow policy.
• Perform property inspections and direct staff to repair or replace items.
• Manage move-outs and unit turnover.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Apply property policies and company guidelines; perform other duties as assigned.
• Meet goals set by Regional Manager and keep the property on budget.
• Source qualified vendors for repairs and maintenance as needed.
