We are looking for an Experienced Property Manager for a luxury apartment community in the East Providence area. Your responsibilities will include managing a large apartment community, leading a team of on-site leasing representatives, overseeing the performance of the maintenance team, ensuring open communication with residents, creating and managing budgets, and overseeing capital projects.

The successful candidate must have 5 years of experience managing large market-rate apartment communities, possess polished communication skills, supervisory experience, be well-organized, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities include:

• Execution of leases, marketing, and operational activities to achieve budgeted occupancy and resident retention goals.
• Assisting in the financial performance of the property, including budgetary accountability and collections.
• Resident retention by providing pleasant and timely communication with all residents.
