Integrated Staffing is partnering with a residential housing client in Wilton, NY to hire a Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and overall condition of the property. The technician performs daily inspections, routine cleaning, and both preventive and corrective maintenance to keep building systems and common areas in excellent working order.

• Experience completing work orders and using a smartphone or computer to research parts, supplies, and repair tutorials.
• Able to perform daily property walkthroughs and identify safety concerns or maintenance needs.
• Comfortable working independently and with residents to resolve issues while upholding safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs.
• Clean and sanitize shared spaces and prepare units for new residents.
• Paint interior common areas and perform minor repairs.
• Complete preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Repair or replace fixtures and plumbing components.
• Perform basic electrical tasks and appliance maintenance.
• Assist with furnaces, water heaters, and related equipment.
• Handle on-call rotations and after-hours emergencies.
• Assist residents with lockouts.
