Job summary

CrimsonBlu Residential Property Inspector in Tupelo, MS is seeking motivated independent contractors to perform exterior inspections and occasional interior inspections on a flexible schedule.

Travel to properties, discuss the inspection briefly with homeowners, capture app-guided photos, and document findings using our mobile web app. Payments are made per completed inspection with monthly payouts and route-building opportunities.

Qualifications

• Own or access to a vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel to residential properties in Tupelo, MS.
• Detail-oriented and professional communication with homeowners.
• Experience with property inspections is a plus.

The Gig

• Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections
• Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection
• Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application
• Use a camera pole for roof photos
• Schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication

Service Fees

• Service fee structure: Paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis
• Time estimates: 1-2 working day(s) per week / 6 days per month

• Work window: 8am - Sunset, Monday–Saturday
