Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented independent contractors in Norwalk, CA to perform residential property inspections. You set your own hours, build your own route, and work with other clients as you wish, with payment per inspection.

This 1099 role lets you control when inspections are completed, travel to properties, take exterior and occasional interior photos, and deliver professional service using our mobile app. You’re responsible for your own taxes and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Traveling to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) underwriting inspections you've accepted
• A brief, professional conversation with homeowners explaining the inspection
• Capturing the required photos and data through our mobile web application
• Using a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs
• Scheduling your own appointments for interior/high-value inspections
• Delivering accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication

CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Norwalk, CA to complete residential property inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.
