Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated independent contractors in Duluth, MN to perform residential property inspections on a per-inspection basis.

This 1099 role lets you set your own schedule, build your own route, and work with other clients as you wish. You’ll travel to properties, explain the inspection to homeowners, capture photos and data using our mobile app, and schedule interior/high-value inspections while delivering professional service.

Responsibilities

• Traveling to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) underwriting inspections you’ve accepted
• A brief, professional conversation with homeowners explaining the inspection
• Capturing the required photos and data through our mobile web application
• Using a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs
• Scheduling your own appointments for interior/high-value inspections
• Delivering accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication

CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in N Duluth, MN to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you’re free to work with other companies at the same time, and you’re responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

Service Fees

• Time estimates: 1 working day(s) per week / 4 days per month
• Availability: Jobs are generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday (holidays excluded), based on customer expectations — you decide which days and how many you take on.
