Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking a Residential Property Inspector in Easley, SC. This is a 1099 independent contractor role where you set your own hours, build your own route, and are paid per inspection.

You’ll travel to properties to perform exterior inspections and occasional interior work, explain the process to homeowners, and submit photos/data via our mobile app. As an independent contractor, you control your workload and taxes, with the ability to work with other clients.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

The Gig

• Traveling to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) underwriting inspections you've accepted
• A brief, professional conversation with homeowners explaining the inspection
• Capturing the required photos and data through our mobile web application
• Using a camera pole for roof photos on applicable jobs
• Scheduling your own appointments for interior/high-value inspections
• Delivering accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication

Service Fees

• Service fee structure: Paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis
• Time estimates: 3 working day(s) per week / 12 days per month

• Availability: Jobs are generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday (holidays excluded), based on customer expectations — you decide which days and how many you take on.
