CrimsonBlu is seeking a Residential Property Inspector in Easley, SC. This is a 1099 independent contractor role where you set your own hours, build your own route, and are paid per inspection.

You’ll travel to properties to perform exterior inspections and occasional interior work, explain the process to homeowners, and submit photos/data via our mobile app. As an independent contractor, you control your workload and taxes, with the ability to work with other clients.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and reliable.
• Independent contractor status; responsible for taxes and insurance.
• Willingness to travel to residential properties in Easley, SC.

Responsabilités

• Travel to assigned residential properties to complete exterior inspections (and occasional interior inspections).
• Explain the inspection process to homeowners in a brief, professional conversation.
• Capture required photos and data using our mobile web application.
