CrimsonBlu in Alhambra, CA is seeking motivated Residential Property Inspectors as 1099 independent contractors. Inspect exterior and occasional interior properties, take photos, and document data using our mobile web app.

Set your own hours and route, work with clients on your own terms, and be paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis. You control scheduling and must handle your own taxes and insurance.

Qualifications

• 1099 independent contractor role; you control taxes and any applicable business insurance.
• Travel to properties in Alhambra to complete exterior (and occasional interior) underwriting inspections you’ve accepted.
• Use your mobile web app to capture photos and data.

CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Alhambra, CA to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

Service Fees

• Service fee structure: Paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis
• Time estimates: 1.5 working day(s) per week / 6 days per month

• Availability: Jobs are generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday (holidays excluded), based on customer expectations — you decide which days and how many you take on.
