Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated independent contractors in Albuquerque, NM to perform residential property inspections as a 1099 role. You’ll travel to properties, discuss the process with homeowners, capture photos and data via our mobile app, and schedule your own interior/high-value inspections.

As an independent contractor, you control your workload and schedule, and you’ll be paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis.

CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Albuquerque, NM to complete residential property inspections. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

Service Fees

• Service fee structure: Paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis
• Time estimates: 3 working day(s) per week / 12 days per month

• Availability: Jobs are generally available during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday (holidays excluded), based on customer expectations — you decide which days and how many you take on.
