Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; prior similar role preferred.
• Ability to operate and maintain landscaping and maintenance equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property’s aesthetics with daily, weekly and monthly tasks in common areas.
• Assist with snow/ice removal and manage rain mats for safe pathways.
• Collect and dispose of trash and follow recycling procedures.
• Support maintenance staff with minor repairs and cleaning tasks.
• Prepare vacant units for turnover and attend to front desk/concierge duties as needed.
• Provide excellent resident service and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Comply with workplace safety regulations and be on-site as required.
