We are seeking a skilled Residential Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing residential construction renovations and operations in the San Antonio, TX market for our residential home flipping business which operates at high volume. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in managing construction projects, ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 to $90,000, with an annual bonus.

About the Role:

We are a large buyer of homes for renovation and resale in the San Antonio, TX market and seek to build out a dedicated business to renovate the homes, as well as serve new customers. Our business model revitalizes existing residential property to provide affordable, renovated homes for new homeowners. The role will involve:

• Project Management:Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
• Pre-Purchase Diligence:Oversee initial property assessment and scope bidding prior to property purchase.
• Team Supervision:Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely project delivery.
• Quality Assurance:Maintain high-quality standards throughout all construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and client specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience:5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing residential construction projects of varying size and complexity. Experience in flipping property or large single family rental operations is preferred but not a requirement.
• Education:Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
