Job summary

Educated Solutions Corp is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential construction projects in SE Wisconsin. This full-time, direct-hire role offers a base compensation of $80,000–$90,000 with bonus potential to exceed $100,000.

The position is office-based in Wauwatosa, with on-site project work and work-from-home flexibility as needed. You will manage 3–5 projects concurrently, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, and maintain project documentation to ensure buildability

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction/project management.
• 2+ years of experience working directly with clients on construction projects.
• 5+ years of experience utilizing skilled trades in carpentry/residential construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3–5 projects in parallel and maintain schedule milestones.
• Create project plan, schedule and budget; coordinate execution with subcontractors.
• Facilitate design consultations with clients; coordinate with designers during design phase.
