Job summary

Butlerarmsden is seeking an experienced Project Manager – I in San Francisco, CA to lead small to mid-size residential design projects. Qualifications

  • 6–7 years minimum of professional, high-end residential experience.
  • May be licensed or non-licensed and close to licensure.
  • Proactive, organized, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of multiple small to midsize projects.
  • Develop and coordinate schedule and budget.
  • Maintain client contact and supervise project personnel.
