Job summary

VanderHorn Architects, a Greenwich, CT architecture firm, seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee large single-family residential projects from conceptual design through construction administration. The candidate will manage day-to-day project execution, coordinate consultants, and lead drawing efforts.

Required: 3+ years’ experience in similar projects, strong time management, and design/communication skills. CT licensure preferred; in-office role with Fridays available for remote work.

Qualifications

• Three years minimum experience managing residential projects.
• Must manage time, estimate, multi-task across multiple projects.
• Architect’s license for CT or adjacent states preferred.
• Strong graphics, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Principal to design projects.
• Develop, check, and coordinate all technical aspects.
• Lead in construction drawing efforts.
• Assist in project code review.
• Coordinate the work of project consultants.
• Oversee the work of assisting staff.
• Follow established standards for project production.
• Participate in construction phase site meetings.
