Job summary

Four Seasons Kanga Roof in Roseville, MI is seeking a full-time Residential Project Manager to lead field crews and ensure roofing projects are completed to the highest quality, on time and within budget.

You will develop material lists and work orders, perform on-site quality control inspections, assist crews as needed, and conduct a final walkthrough to close each project. Strong communication and leadership are essential to coordinate with customers and the team across every stage.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of roofing experience.
• Master Shingle Applicator certification.
• Current, valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills, proficiency with Google programs, and familiarity with CompanyCam.

Responsibilities

• Develop material lists and work orders for roofing jobs.
• Perform regular on-site quality control inspections.
• Assist crew with needs and ensure budgets and timelines are met.
• Conduct a final walkthrough before closing out each job.

As a full-time Residential Project Manager with Four Seasons Kanga Roof, you'll play a key part in the successful and efficient completion of our quality roofing projects. You'll lead field crews in performing excellent work according to company expectations, trade regulations, and customer specifications.

In this project management role, you'll develop material lists and work orders for roofing jobs and perform regular on-site quality control inspections. You'll make yourself available to help the crew with whatever they need and ensure we stay within the agreed-upon budgets and timelines. When the job's finished, you'll perform a final walkthrough before closing everything out.
