Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Mental Health, or related area; or RN license with two years of experience in mental health; at minimum a high school diploma and three years in mental health/social services.
• At least one year of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Residential Counselors on a day-to-day basis.
• Coordinate with Rehabilitation Director for clinical supervision of staff.
• Ensure direct services promote client participation in community activities and development of independent living skills.
• Drive or transport clients as required.
• Oversee ensuring living environments meet regulatory standards and safety.
• Assist in staffing coverage, crisis intervention, and training.
