The role includes developing individual services and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma (or equivalent), experience in management, and must be at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Five years management experience.
• Driver’s license valid in the State of New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the operation of assigned group home(s).
• Hire, train, supervise, and guide staff in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in the development and implementation of clients' individual plans.
