Oak Hill in West Hartford is seeking a Substitute Residential Program Worker (RPW) to provide direct support to individuals with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. This is a union position paying $18.50–$19.40 per hour, with an average of 15 hours per month.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Age 18+ required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Only male candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care and assists with daily living tasks.
• Supports program participants in home and community activities.
• Maintains health and safety by observing changes and reporting.
• Collects data and documents care according to policy.
• Administers medications as prescribed and records administration.
