Job summary

NEEDS Center seeks a House Manager in Orange Park to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. This full-time, 2nd shift role includes weekend work and overtime eligibility, with pay up to $20/hour based on experience.

You will supervise staff, oversee daily operations, and help residents live as independently as possible. Bachelor’s degree preferred; at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a residential environment is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience working in residential environment.
• Good supervisory and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• MED ADMINISTRATION strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serving as a role model for staff in all areas of client programming, client services and professional practice.
• Supervising Assistant Program Coordinator and Program Specialist staff.
• Overseeing the day‑to‑day operation of a residential program.
• Schedule includes afternoons and weekend shifts; on ratio at least 2 days per week and assisting with hands-on, direct care support.
