Cedar Ridge is located in a charming country setting, where at any given time, you can look out the window and see a plethora of animals, such as hawks, cranes, turkeys, and deer. We are located in close proximity to several horse farms and local farms.We look for employees with patience and compassion, to support the eight people who live at Cedar Ridge.
Responsibilities for this seasoned manager include supervising staff and assuring that plans of care are followed for the individuals we support. This motivated leader will possess an Associates degree in Human Services or a related field, a Bachelors degree is highly desired, and will have strong organizational skills andleadership experience. Previous experiencesupporting individuals with disabilities is highly preferred.

HOURS:40/Tuesday through Friday - 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm/Saturday 8:10 am to 4:00 pm - must be flexible based on the needs of the program
