About the Role

The Residential Program Director is responsible for overseeing the operation and delivery of clinical, residential, and medical services within the latency-age group home. This includes supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a trauma-informed, therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of service delivery
  • Supervise Residential Supervisors and provide staff support
  • Develop and monitor quality performance indicators
  • Ensure compliance with licensing and regulations
  • Collaborate on policies and procedures
  • Participate in on-call rotation and crisis support
  • Maintain certifications (CPR, First Aid, AED, CPI, MAP); training provided if needed)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
  • At least 3 years’ administrative experience in a residential setting
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
  • Familiarity with child protective systems and regulations
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background checks (CORI, DCF, driving)
