TURN Community Services in Provo, UT is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator for a Supported Living/Residential Program to provide supports and services for individuals with disabilities. The role manages a 24-hour Residential Apartment and Hourly Services program, with the potential to grow to serve more individuals.

The position offers meaningful work, excellent benefits, and a sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include program oversight, compliance with state standards, and acting as a TURN

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD).
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a work setting (interviewing/hiring staff, monitoring/evaluating performance, training, scheduling).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Own reliable transportation and willingness to transport individuals in a personal vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, supervise, and participate in development and implementation of Person Centered, Behavior Support, and other plans for each individual.
• Plan and execute all aspects of running the program, ensuring compliance with state and contract standards.
• Serve as a TURN representative in the community and in agency/professional settings.
• Maintain regular attendance, adhere to schedule, and monitor safety and distress signals.
