Job summary

Right Now Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an Experienced Residential Plumber to diagnose plumbing issues and present repair options to homeowners. You will prioritize quality workmanship, safety and customer service in a locally owned, employee-focused team.

This role offers an $80,000–$140,000 annual earnings potential, PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k), vehicle, uniform, and company-provided devices.

Qualifications

• Residential plumber with strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Ability to diagnose, repair and install residential plumbing systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for homeowners.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in homes.
• Perform routine maintenance and service calls.
• Communicate solutions and pricing with customers.
• Complete paperwork, debrief and invoice in ServiceTitan.
• Collect payments and attend weekly training meetings.
