• Proven sales acumen—presenting options and closing recommended work.
• Clear communication, strong customer service, and practical problem-solving skills.
• Valid California driver’s license and an acceptable driving record per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues in residential and light commercial properties.
• Repair, replace, and install to code and company quality standards.
• Perform thorough system evaluations; present repair and replacement options clearly.
• Sell recommended services, upgrades, and accessories using approved pricing and sales processes.
• Capture accurate documentation: estimates, invoices, notes, and photos in ServiceTitan.
• Collect payments and process transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and applicable plumbing codes.

Compensation: $27.00–$40.00 hourly base + commission. First stop: a homeowner with low water pressure. You diagnose quickly, lay out clear options, and the customer chooses the best long-term fix. Photos, notes, and the estimate are captured in ServiceTitan; payment is processed on-site. Midday, you pivot to a light commercial call—replace a failing fixture, verify code compliance, and tidy up your workspace.
