Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing problems and inspect systems for current or potential concerns.
• Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, maintenance, and installations to high-quality standards.
• Explain findings clearly and present customers with appropriate repair and replacement options.
• Prepare accurate estimates and invoices.
• Properly document completed work.
• Create a professional customer experience that earns repeat business and 5-star reviews.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle, tools, and work area.
• Follow company procedures, plumbing codes, and safety standards.

What You'll Do

As a Residential Plumbing Service Technician, you'll help homeowners diagnose plumbing concerns, recommend solutions, and complete quality repairs and installations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing problems and inspect systems for current or potential concerns
• Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, maintenance, and installations to high-quality standards
