Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling in Marion, IN is seeking a dedicated Plumbing Service Technician to join our award-winning team. You will perform residential service calls, diagnostics, and repairs, with emphasis on water heaters, water testing and system inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing maintenance and service calls for residential customers, including diagnostics and repairs.
• Provide accurate estimates and detailed proposals for service, repair, and replacement options.
• Inspect and service water, drain, and gas systems, as well as fixtures and valves.
• Educate customers on maintenance needs and available solutions, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Document all work performed, including system details, services completed, and customer discussions.
