Job summary

Thomas & Galbraith seeks a Journeyman Plumbing Project Lead to manage residential plumbing projects across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. In this field-based role, you'll diagnose issues, install and repair piping, fixtures, and water heaters, and ensure workmanship meets code, safety, and quality standards.

You'll coordinate with apprentices and other trades, communicate clearly with homeowners, and support a customer-driven, safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Plumbing license is required.
• Experience leading residential plumbing projects.
• Strong diagnostic, installation, and repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential plumbing projects across Greater Cincinnati and NKY.
• Diagnose issues and repair piping, fixtures, and water heaters.
• Ensure work meets code, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with apprentices and other trades; communicate with homeowners.
