Hobaica Services is seeking an experienced Plumbing Installer to join our Phoenix-area residential team. You will install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in homes, ensuring quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

With 2–4 years of residential plumbing installation experience, you will work independently or lead small crews, adhere to codes and safety standards, and communicate clearly with customers and teammates. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential homes.
• Diagnose issues and replace damaged components.
• Ensure safety of all team members and customer property on site.
• Complete projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team, dispatch, and management.
• Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures on all job sites.
