What We're Looking For:

We’re hiring motivated Plumbing Installation Technicians with 1–6 years of hands‑on experience (preferably in residential work). Ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of plumbing system installations and maintenance. Experience with gas lines, venting systems, and tankless water heaters is a big plus.

Your Role: Plumbing Installation Technician

In this vital role, you’ll deliver high‑quality installations, repairs, and maintenance services to our residential customers. You’ll ensure every job meets safety standards, plumbing codes, and — most importantly — exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain traditional & tankless water heaters, home plumbing systems, fixtures, and water service piping
• Perform sewer repairs/replacements, and work on kitchen & bathroom remodels
• Apply relevant plumbing codes to all installations and repairs
• Document work accurately and communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Ensure top-level customer satisfaction on every job

What You Bring to the Table:

• Verifiable experience in residential plumbing installation and service
• Solid understanding of plumbing systems, best practices, and safety procedures
• A problem‑solving mindset and a strong commitment to customer service excellence
• Willingness to work occasional weekends as needed
• Personal hand tools, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• High school diploma or GED required; certifications are a plus but not required
