Job summary

Lee Company is seeking an assistant installation technician to support residential plumbing projects and service calls in Mount Juliet, TN. You will assist with piping cuts, fittings, and basic re-pipe tasks under supervision, ensuring safety and efficiency on every job.

The role emphasizes hands-on plumbing tasks, tool usage, and maintaining organized, clean work areas to uphold Lee Company’s service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience or ability to perform residential plumbing installation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist installation technicians in performing project installation and/or service for residential plumbing customers.
• Assist with cutting, fitting, and installing plumbing components as part of re-pipe projects and maintenance work.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site and organize tools and materials for efficiency.
