Vailes Home Improvement Services in Fishersville, VA is hiring for a Residential Plumbing Apprentice. This full-time, year-round role offers hands-on training under an experienced plumber, with a clear path to a Residential Plumbing Service Technician.

Compensation starts at $18–$21 per hour based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits. You'll gain practical experience installing plumbing fixtures, diagnosing issues, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to perform physical work in a variety of environments.

Responsabilités

• Assist with residential plumbing repairs and installations.
• Install faucets, fixtures, toilets, water heaters, and other plumbing equipment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, has a strong work ethic, and wants to learn a rewarding trade. You don't need previous plumbing experience‑we're looking for individuals with the right attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Construction, HVAC, maintenance, mechanical, or other skilled trade experience is helpful but not required.
