Position Overview

Reports To: Plumbing Field Supervisor

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Type: Full-time; Monday through Friday, with overtime and on-call as needed

Job Summary

The Residential Plumber troubleshoots plumbing equipment, presents findings and options to customers, and performs repairs, installations, and service agreements to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions

1. Troubleshoots plumbing issues and advises customers accordingly.
2. Completes repairs, improvements, or installations as per company guidelines.
3. Provides information on service agreements and accessories, and handles billing.
4. Performs equipment installations and maintains customer satisfaction.
5. Maintains a clean work environment and organized service vehicle.
6. Works in various indoor and outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of residential plumbing experience.
3. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle and DOT physicals.
4. Proficient with tools, equipment, and codes related to residential plumbing.
5. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
6. Computer proficiency in MS Office applications.
