Job summary

F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, & Electrical is looking for a Plumbing Service Technician to fix residential plumbing issues and deliver exceptional in-home service in the Ashburn area.

You will diagnose problems, perform code-compliant repairs and installations, and communicate findings clearly to homeowners. Applicants should have at least 2 years of plumbing experience, be customer-focused, and hold a valid driver's license (21+).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plumber.
• Proven expertise in diagnosing and fixing plumbing issues in residential settings.
• Dedication to providing homeowners with unmatched satisfaction.

• Effective communication skills and comfort interacting with customers.
• Confident and decisive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Valid Driver's License; must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues.
• Perform code-compliant repairs, replacements, and installations, including faucets, fixtures, and toilets; water heaters, well pumps, and water treatment; valves, piping, and supply lines.
• Troubleshoot leaks, pressure concerns, and system failures.
• Conduct thorough system evaluations and explain findings clearly to homeowners.
• Ensure all work meets local and state code requirements.
• Document work accurately using mobile service software.
• Maintain a professional appearance and clean service vehicle.
• Deliver an exceptional in-home customer experience on every call.
