Job summary

Restano Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical is seeking a Residential Plumber in the Pittsburgh area. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of residential plumbing experience, strong diagnostic skills, and knowledge of local codes. ServiceTitan experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred for this position.

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and applicable codes.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience with ServiceTitan preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems
• Install, replace, and upgrade plumbing fixtures, water heaters, water supply lines, drain lines, and related equipment
• Educate homeowners and clearly explain repair options and recommendations
• Recommend plumbing upgrades, water heaters, water treatment systems, and other solutions that improve efficiency and reliability
• Utilize ServiceTitan to document work and manage customer communication
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
• Ensure all work meets applicable safety standards and plumbing codes
