Plumber - Residential Service

Camp Hill, PA | Local Service Area | $75,000-$150,000+ Earning Potential

For more than 50 years, Pronto Plumbing, Heating, Air & Drain has served homeowners and businesses throughout Central Pennsylvania. We're committed to quality workmanship, transparent service, and taking care of our customers, and we're looking for an experienced plumber to join our team.

We're seeking a Residential Service Plumber who takes pride in their work and enjoys working directly with homeowners. You'll diagnose plumbing issues, offer several solutions to "repair, replace or upgrade", and deliver a professional customer experience from their front door to "done".

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Perform service calls throughout the local service area
• Clearly explain plumbing issues and recommended solutions to homeowners
• Present repair and replacement options when appropriate
• Complete quality work while maintaining a professional customer experience
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow company procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Strong desire to help customers by following our proven process
• Willingness to learn new products and methods to help customers
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable discussing repair and replacement options with homeowners
• Sales-minded and motivated by performance-based earning opportunities
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Experience in HVAC or electrical is a plus, but not required
• ServiceTitan software experience is a plus

Schedule & Service Area

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with overtime available as needed
• No middle-of-the-night service calls - our call center handles customer calls
• Primarily Camp Hill and greater Harrisburg with most calls within 15-30 miles
• We believe that technicians come first, because the best service comes from a well-rested, fresh team!
