Drain Masters Inc is seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber/Drain Cleaning Technician to join our residential service team in Alaska. You will diagnose and repair plumbing issues, clear clogs, and perform preventive maintenance while delivering top-notch customer service.

You will upsell solutions, receive training for growth in Plumbing or Drain Departments, and work with professional tools to keep homes comfortable and functional.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of plumbing or drain cleaning experience desirable.
• Willing to train for best fit for our company.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Sales aptitude with a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing and drain maintenance in single-family homes, condos and duplexes.
• Use professional-grade tools to clear blockages efficiently (augers, hydro-jetters, cable machines).
• Evaluate and diagnose system issues and provide clear homeowner explanations and recommendations.
• Present multiple service options and estimates after discussing needs and budget.
• Ensure work adheres to local codes and maintain a clean, professional work area.
