Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Residential/Journeyman/Masters plumbing license required.
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations in 3 years.
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice.
• Experience using Service Titan software.
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues and present repair options to customers.
• Sell repairs and educate customers on solutions.
• Train and mentor an apprentice.
• Operate using Service Titan on an iPad.
• Maintain high level of customer service on every call.
