Job summary

Radiant Plumbing and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced residential plumber to diagnose and repair plumbing systems in Denver, CO. You will train apprentices and provide exceptional customer service, while using Service Titan on an iPad to manage service calls.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of residential plumbing experience and a valid residential license (Journeyman or Masters). A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience required.
• Residential, Journeyman, or Masters Plumbing License required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record within 3 years.
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice.
• Experience using Service Titan and iPad for service work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues and upsell repairs to customers.
• Guide and train an apprentice on job sites.
• Provide excellent customer service and accurate diagnostics.

What you need:

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
• A Residential, Journeyman, or Masters Plumbing License
• Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Ability to guide and train an apprentice
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
• Experience with plumbing repair including: leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
