Job summary

MVP Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a skilled Residential Plumber to join our growing team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, install water heaters, faucets, and fixtures, and communicate clearly with homeowners to deliver exceptional service.

You will inspect, troubleshoot, and educate customers on maintenance and water conservation, while documenting work and maintaining a professional appearance and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Perform plumbing inspections and identify potential issues before they become major problems.

• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a safe and organized manner.
• Participate in company meetings, training programs, and ongoing professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crawl, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina required to perform plumbing tasks safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• Plumbing experience in residential service, repair, or installation preferred.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate plumbing tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Plumbing license or certification preferred, where applicable.
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training programs.
