Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking a Pest Control Technician responsible for delivering residential pest management. You will perform inspections, identify pests, apply treatments, and advise customers on prevention. The role requires safety awareness and strong client communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience or training.
• Must possess valid drivers license.
• Open to learning in all areas of pest control.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply pest control products (chemicals, baits, traps) safely and effectively.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and maintaining a pest-free environment.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule/confirm appointments, assist with sales.
• Maintain and inspect pest control equipment, ensuring it is stocked and in good condition.
• Follow local, state, and federal regulations for pest control products and safety.
• Drive and operate a company-provided service vehicle.
